Yes! All of our embroidery is custom. You can request names, dates, logos, sayings, or custom designs. Please click on the Order Form page to get started.
To start a custom order, please complete the Order Form on our website. Be sure to review all instructions and reference images before submitting. The more information you provide initially, the more efficient the process.
Once submitted, we’ll review your request and follow up with pricing, timelines, and any additional questions before moving forward. Please give us 5-7 days to respond during rush season. We try to respond as promptly as we can.
No minimums for most custom orders. Larger quantities are welcome and may qualify for bulk pricing.
We prefer high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG files. Vector files produce the best results, but we can often work with what you have.
Yes. Most logos require digitization before embroidery. There is a one-time $10 setup fee to digitize your design. Any future orders of the same design will have this fee waived. While unlikely, other digitizing fees may apply depending on complexity and stitch count.
Turnaround time varies based on order size and design complexity. Typical turnaround is 1–3 weeks after design approval. Rush orders may be available upon request.
For most custom designs, we provide a digital mockup or stitch preview for approval before production begins.

In some cases, yes. Please note that customer-provided items are embroidered at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee results on all fabrics. We recommend in this case giving us more of the item, so we have fabric to test on prior to creating the order.
Since items are custom-made, all sales are final unless there is an error on our part. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. For more information, please read our Policy page.
Since we offer a variety of garments, we do not have a consistent description for how to care for each item. Please follow the care instructions found on the garment.
